Mixing System ‘COMBIMIX HC’
It is the combination between the High-Speed Mixer type “TRM” and the High-Efficiency Cooler type “HEC”, an optimal solution for technical mixing needs in the production of PVC or WPC dry blend production. The variants range from 200/800 to 2500/8500 litres.
Container Mixer ‘TRR’
An ideal alternative to conventional turbomixers, the Container Mixer type “TRR” is suitable for the production of masterbatch, pigments, technopolymers and powder coatings offering versatility and the ability to mix various recipes with a single machine. The high power version is suitable for intense mixing and significant temperature increase needs. Continuous improvements ensure a best performance and user-friendliness.
Accessories
Tailored to manufacturing specifications and customer needs, the accessories facilitate every aspect of the mixing process and improving production capabilities.

نظام الخلط “COMBIMIX HC”
هو مزيج ما بين الخلاط العالي السرعة نوع “TRM” والمبرد العالي الكفاءة نوع “HEC“، والذي يعتبر الحل الأمثل لمتطلبات الخلط التقني في مجال إنتاج المزيج الجاف لمادة PVC أو WPC. تتراوح المتغيرات ما بين سعة 800800 وحتى سعة 8500/2500 لتر.
حاوية الخلط “TRR”
تعتبر حاوية الخلط من النوع TRR البديل المثالي للخلاطات التوربينية التقليدية، وهي مناسبة لإعداد الخلطات المركزة/ الماست+رباتش، الأصباغ، البوليمرات التقنية والطلاءات التي تتكون من المساحيق، وبذلك فهي توفر تعدد الاستخدامات والقدرة على خلط وصفات مختلفة باستخدام ماكينة واحدة. الموديل high power مخصص للخلط المكثف ولاحتياجات درجة الحرارة المرتفعة جداً. تضمن التحسينات المتواصلة أفضل أداء وسهولة الاستخدام.

الملحقات: مصممة خصيصاً لتسهل جميع جوانب عملية الخلط ولتحسين قدرة الإنتاج. تشمل هذه الملحقات على ما يلي:
• أنظمة التحميل المخصصة لإدخال المواد الخام بكفاءة في ماكينة الخلط؛
• أنظمة النقل المخصصة للنقل المواد داخل مصنع الإنتاج دون مشاكل؛
• أجهزة قياس الوزن لضمان القياس الدقيق للمكونات؛
• حلول التخزين لغاية المحافظة على سلامة المساحيق قبل الخلط وبعده.
مع العلم بأنه من المستطاع تصميم وإنجاز جميع التجهيزات بحيث تتوافق مع توجيهات ATEX، وذلك باتباع متطلبات العملاء.
