La quarta edizione di Plastics & Rubber di Barcellona amplia la sua superficie espositiva e rafforza il sostegno del settore
La quarta edizione di Plastics & Rubber, in programma il 10 e 11 marzo 2027 a Barcellona, continua a guadagnare slancio dopo aver esaurito lo spazio espositivo originariamente previsto per questa edizione. In risposta alla forte domanda, gli organizzatori hanno ampliato la superficie espositiva per accogliere ulteriori aziende.
La fiera ha ricevuto il sostegno delle principali associazioni che rappresentano i settori della plastica e della gomma, le quali svolgeranno un ruolo attivo nel programma congressuale dell’evento.
Sostegno del settore: le principali organizzazioni parteciperanno alla quarta edizione
La quarta edizione riunirà le principali associazioni e organizzazioni legate ai settori della plastica e della gomma. AIMPLAS, ANAIP, ANARPLA, AVEP, CEP, il Consorzio Spagnolo della Gomma, ITA e Plastics Europe contribuiranno al programma congressuale dell’evento.
Come nelle edizioni precedenti, il Centro Spagnolo della Plastica (CEP) aprirà il programma congressuale il primo giorno della manifestazione. Plastics Europe e ANAIP apriranno la seconda giornata della fiera.
AVEP organizzerà una conferenza tecnica nell’ambito del programma. Innovazione e sviluppo avranno ancora una volta un ruolo chiave, con contributi da parte di AIMPLAS e ITA.
ANARPLA curerà una nuova edizione di “The Recycling Zone”, un’area dedicata al riciclaggio e all’economia circolare, che continua a crescere sia in termini di contenuti che di partecipazione degli espositori.
Il Consorzio Spagnolo della Gomma terrà ancora una volta la propria Conferenza Tecnica nell’ambito dell’evento. Questo consolidato punto d’incontro per i professionisti del settore della gomma giungerà alla sua 33ª edizione nel 2027.
L’area espositiva continua a crescere
La domanda di spazi espositivi è rimasta forte sin dalla conclusione dell’edizione precedente e a fine maggio, la superficie espositiva inizialmente prevista per il 2027 era già esaurita, spingendo così gli organizzatori ad un ampliamento del 25% per poter accogliere altre aziende.
In fiera troveremo ancora una volta i fornitori dell’intera filiera della plastica e della gomma. Tra le aziende già confermate figurano produttori e distributori di materie prime quali Quimidroga, Brenntag, Safic-Alcan, IMCD, Biesterfeld, Comercial Química Massó, Univar, Nexeo Plastics e Bada Hispanaplast, per nominarne solamente alcuni.
In fiera troveremo anche fornitori di macchinari e attrezzature, tra cui Comercial Douma, Coscollola, Promak, Steiner e Sequiplast, solo per citarne alcuni. A loro si affiancheranno aziende specializzate nel riciclo e nell’economia circolare, quali Sintac, Sostenplast, Naeco, Sirplaste e Iber Resinas, tra le altre. Queste sono solo alcune delle aziende già confermate per la quarta edizione.
Questa crescita consentirà all’evento di ampliare la propria offerta per i visitatori, mantenendo al contempo le caratteristiche che hanno contraddistinto Plastics & Rubber sin dal suo esordio: una fiera specializzata, mirata ed efficiente.

The fourth edition of Plastics & Rubber in Barcelona expands its exhibition area and reinforces industry support
The fourth edition of Plastics & Rubber, taking place on 10 and 11 March 2027 in Barcelona, continues gaining momentum after filling the exhibition floor space originally planned for this edition. In response to strong demand, the organisers have expanded the exhibition area to accommodate additional companies.
The trade fair has received the support of the leading associations representing the plastics and rubber industries, which will play an active role in the event’s conference programme.
Industry support: leading organisations to take part in the fourth edition
The fourth edition will bring together the main associations and organisations linked to the plastics and rubber industries. AIMPLAS, ANAIP, ANARPLA, AVEP, CEP, the Spanish Rubber Consortium, ITA and Plastics Europe will all contribute to the event’s conference programme.
As in previous editions, the Spanish Plastics Centre (CEP) will open the conference programme on the first day of the event. Plastics Europe and ANAIP will open the second day of the fair.
AVEP will organise a technical conference as part of the programme. Innovation and development will once again play a key role, with contributions from AIMPLAS and ITA.
ANARPLA will lead a new edition of The Recycling Zone, an area focused on recycling and the circular economy, which continues to grow both in content and exhibitor participation.
The Spanish Rubber Consortium will once again hold its Technical Conference as part of the event. This established meeting point for professionals in the rubber industry will reach its 33rd edition in 2027.
The exhibition area continues growing
Demand for exhibition space has remained strong since the conclusion of the last edition. By the end of May, the floorplan originally planned for 2027 had already sold out, prompting the organisers to expand the exhibition area to accommodate additional companies.
The fourth edition will feature 25% more exhibition space than the previous edition.
The exhibition area will once again bring together suppliers from across the entire plastics and rubber value chain. Companies already confirmed include raw material manufacturers and distributors such as Quimidroga, Brenntag, Safic-Alcan, IMCD, Biesterfeld, Comercial Química Massó, Univar, Nexeo Plastics and Bada Hispanaplast, among others.
The event will also feature machinery and equipment suppliers including Comercial Douma, Coscollola, Promak, Steiner, Sequiplast among others. They will be joined by companies specialising in recycling and the circular economy, such as Sintac, Sostenplast, Naeco, Sirplaste and Iber Resinas, among others. These are just some of the companies already confirmed for the fourth edition.
This growth will allow the event to broaden its offering for visitors while maintaining the qualities that have defined Plastics & Rubber since its launch: a specialised, focused and efficient trade fair.
